4. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Deflasisyp. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4.2 Payment

Payment terms vary by service:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is typically required 30 days before departure
• Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods

4.3 Price Changes

Prices are subject to change due to factors including but not limited to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and supplier rate changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before final confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
• 30-60 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• 14-29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 14 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee

5.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings. Deflasisyp is not responsible for expenses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

7.1 Medical Conditions

Travelers must disclose any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in tours or activities.

7.2 Safety Guidelines

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and tour operators. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

8. Liability and Responsibility

8.1 Company Liability

Deflasisyp acts as an agent in arranging transportation, accommodation, and other travel services. We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
• Natural disasters or force majeure events
• Personal injury or property damage during tours
• Delays or changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for:

9. Force Majeure

Deflasisyp shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.
